About these terms

This website is run by MBL Brands Pty Ltd, which owns the Küche Chef brand (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Buying our products

We don’t take orders or payments on this site. Our “Buy on Amazon” buttons take you to our listings on Amazon, where Amazon’s Conditions of Use and returns policy apply to your purchase. For help with an order, returns or delivery, go to Your Orders on Amazon.

We try to keep product details on this site accurate and in line with our Amazon listings. If they ever differ, the Amazon listing at the time you buy applies.

Using our products

Follow the directions on the label. Our oils, conditioner and soaps are for cookware and wooden boards only. They are not for use on skin or hair.

Cloths and paper towels soaked in flaxseed oil can heat up on their own and catch fire as they dry. After use, lay them flat to dry outdoors, or soak them in water and seal them in a bag or metal container before you throw them away. Season with the kitchen fan on and a window open, and use oven mitts: pans and grates stay hot for a long time.

Our guides are general information

Our guides share practical advice for looking after cast iron and wooden boards. They are general information, not a guarantee of results with every pan or board. Check your cookware maker’s own care instructions, and take care with hot ovens, pans and grills.

Some guides mention our own products. We say so where they do.

Content on this site

The words, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with a link back. Please ask us before copying anything else.

We link to other websites, including Amazon. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
